I managed to get through the phone directory and reach an agent. We will expect a new interview schedule letter sometime after Sept 6. they said

Haven't recieved anything yet. We are inland applicants, just waiting to do the landing interview that we are trying to reschedule

Applied January 29. Received interview notice July 30. Interview set for August 15. Waiting for new date after we emailed to reschedule.
