Can we use this route to travel from India to Canada, get tested in Abu Dhabi and use that result to enter to Canada? VFS is currently accepting biometric appointments even with expired biometric letter. Just go ahead and book an appointment.

You need the application number and the biometric request letter to book for a biometric appointment. So you can do it only after you submit the application.

Many of us have raised webform and haven't hear back anything from IRCC yet. They haven't approved any application ever since the travel ban was imposed around April 24. I guess they will only handle all the cases once the travel ban is removed.

Does this PHAC approval letter means a single entry visa to Canada? Could you please explain me on PHAC? My assumption is that when PHAC gives an approval letter they will provide with a single entry visa or an exemption to skip quarantine, whatever we have requested for.

I think it's better you submit your application first and then start the PHAC approval process as PHAC letter has a validity and the person might have to travel within it's expiry.
