I am US citizen waiting for DM. When I receive PPR do I send a photocopy of passport through mail, or digitally using CIC website? Also when I receiver COPR does it come by mail or as an email?

I see on the spousal tracker that the request for biometrics comes before medical. For me, both biometrics and medical are In the same place about 2 hours away. Hey , question on form IMM 0008. My wife is the sponsor and I(her husband) am the only principle applicant. On form 0008 it asks for any dependents and lists spouses as one of the options. We have no kids, am I supposed to list her as a dependent?
