I heard back in four working days. On the fourth working day my passport was stamped and ready for collection.

Next you should expect a biometrics correspondence letter basically stating your biometrics are with the ircc. After which you can expect a decision soon. You can hope for a decision this week.

Is there a gap post 12th for you? That can sometimes show negatively. Did you intern/work in the same field at all? So far as properties are concerned, it's not the best idea to solely rely on immovables. The visa officers look for readily convertible/liquid assets.
