This "no record found" comes when its get updated with your account. So don't worry about it. If you are applied from UAE from that period you have to wait more than 3 months for the decision.

I submitted my application from UAE and as you said i was checking in VFS UAE enabling cookies... but still the result is same... i submitted the application online on 27th may and 28th may was my biometrics... till 27th may it was showing under process... but now no records... yesterday i went...
