Just curious.. i did leave the country last year September.. returned on September 28th.. passed the border and all that.. i assume that i got a tourist Visa right then as well I'd say.. which would mean that my tourist Visa would be until March 28th, after that I'd be out of status but wouldnt...

It said nothing about my status in the app they returned back in april..

Ah..so other words i can expect a letter in the mailbox anytime that I have to leave the country?

Is that still possible since my work permit expired on February 1st ?

We havent gotten anything back yet, from the last time we resubmitted the application. The first time we sent it in my work permit was still valid. The 2nd time we sent it in my work permit wasnt valid anymore. But it would be weird to me if I'm not allowed to stay until i hear something back...

Stupid question but what does AIP and PR DM means? We got the application back on april 5th, and we sent it back on april 29th.

It expired on February 2nd 2019. My biggest concern is whether I'm allowed to stay inside of canada or not.. even though we resubmitted our application.. and if I still have a chance of getting my open work permit?

It was the employment letter from my boyfriend that wasnt good enough & proof of income statement. We added all that before we resubmitted again.
