I think page 4 is specific for people outside of Canada. In page 8, it indicates that people would receive the certificate within 2-4 weeks by regular mail. This gives me an assumption that this is the timeframe for people who are currently reside in Canada.

Its from ConvocationCALCitRN.IRCC@cic.gc.ca. It is a virtual ceremony I personally just dont want to wait until last minute and deal with the stress. I tried call them but their phone line was busy and hanged up right away. So, I just submitted a web form for that.

I just received the oath email from ircc. Note that I submitted a web form a few days ago. Not sure if that moves thing faster

I am also scheduled for the 16th Feb ceremony. Bit I have not seen any email on the inatructions yet. Is this happening to anyone on the same date?

Congregation!!! You will need to submit the passport. Once they are done, they will send you COPR letter. And at that time, you can either go through a border (Peace Arch for example) or book an appointment to do a landing in a cic office in Vancouver.
