Hi All, I have a friend who has received closed Work permit but unfortunately his wife is diagnosed with Cancer. Can he still apply for her spousal open work permit? What are the chances of success??

Its a 3 yr course and completed 1 yr but now taken break bse of financial issues. What i am planning is to file sponsorship application along with work permit application and then when u get work permit then work, earn and then again start studying once get PR...Is that a wise decision. Pls guide
