Thanks @Jheez , When we call IRCC the VOIP says Agent knows same information what is there in online GCKey account.But seems this doens't holds true.Agents have different view of our account info.Also, connecting with Agent is also a Luck.I am trying from past three days at different times...

How did you got update on your latest status? was status updated on GCKey account?

I tried calling Agents multiple times but not able to connect , they always drop the call saying try later..Any specific options you tried to connect?

Thanks satya.I couldn't provide biometrics during my WP renewal due to COVID and was exempted .Now it has more than 8 months passed and haven't recieved any Bio request.Usually people get it in a month or two of passing mdeical exam.
