Just wanted to share my experience. I appeared for CELPIP 3 times (@toronto), listening and reading scores were 12 or 11, writing was 8 and speaking stayed 6 all the time, I was very confident on my 3rd try (even did a re-evaluation), but speaking score wouldn't go above 6. I feel they are harsh...
