Hey, I got a similar message today. My old TRF was delivered to them on 8th June and today is the 11th day but they have still not dispatched new TRF. When I contacted them to know the reason for delay, they said some system issue. God knows what’s going on.

No update received regarding new TRF. BC says it takes 5 days to dispatch it and asked me to contact them on Friday if I don’t receive any message regarding dispatch of new TRF. Their administration process is too slow.

It took almost 15 days for BC to dispatch your new TRF? Thats too long! On which date did you submit your old TRF to them? I am waiting for my new TRF right now. I submitted my old TRF on 8th June.

I got acknowledgement message from BC saying they received my documents (old trf) and it also stated that they need 5 days to provide next update. Right now all I can do is wait and see when they will dispatch my new trf.
