first stage sponsorship approval - they usually say they have starting processing your application the same day they make a decision - but ecase is so unreliable.

mine was processed the same day too. I think the 37-ish days it takes to process the sponsorship application includes the time it takes sitting in the mail pile. Hopefully it's good news!
