Yep it is a risk but again its a version they were accepting so I am sure they won't deny the visa because of this. Surely they could ask you to upload the new form but again comparing the 2 version I could see no difference. I wouldn't really be concerned about the form versions in my opinion...

So in the end I was able to upload the IMM5257 form version (02-2019) without any issues thanks to @minoycristobal. And I have submitted my application.
