I got an email for biometrics yesterday and that was the first email i received after submitting my file. Today i got my aor email but the uci code is different from the email i got for biometrics but application number is the same. Should i call or email and ask them or is this normal?

Thanks, tried that but still didn't work. My file was received April 23. But haven't heard anything.

Hey can you check ecas with the recipet they gove you when you pay tour fees? And what information is needed, i tried with the applicant's info but didn't work.
