My wife has a multiple TRV and visitor record. Both expired August 25, 2019. She traveled to USA and came back before the expiry. Is she authorized to stay for 6 months from the entry date or should be expired by the expiry date of the visitor record?

In that case, is it better to do restoration or to leave? If the PR decision will be put on hold till the issue of the restoration (which is 3 months), then it is faster to leave and come back with a CoPR.

No not for the Canadian entry. It was for the us entry which is basically few days before her Canadian reentry
