Hi all. I have a question about Form IMM 0008. I just received the filled out form from my parents and on the left-hand side, bottom corner it reads (02-2019). I just went online to check the form and it now reads (06-2019). Do they need to redo the form?

Thanks for your quick reply. I just want to make sure that I got it right. My mother has had only one job. She started it in 1990 and it has been ongoing. Are you suggesting that the start date should be changed from 1990 to 2009?

If mother had job from 1990, shall she put from 1990 or from 2009 (last 10 years). Thank you.
