Got a refusal today with an incorrect reason that my application doesn't meet the LICO requirements, when it does. Any advice on the next steps? is there a re-appeal process? or should i now apply for a visitor visa, since date of travel is very near.

No :( We got medicals done on sept 1 and submitted through a webform. Got a standard reply to webform that they have received docs on sept 5. Nothing after that

Yea, docs delivered 18th feb ( in Edmonton) AOR received 18th june. Observing current trend to be 4 months +- 7 days from doc delivered date. Wait for few more days and then follow up
