Hello, I'm not too sure about any clearance certificates from MOI. I've only ever received directly from Dubai police.

Updating here. FP - received - November 19th - Update on Tracker on November 22nd. Background and Prohibitions are still pending. I better buckle up. Seems like i might be stuck in security as they didn't get updated the day after my FP were received. :(

As long as you’ve submitted it, you should be good. You can expect an update in a few weeks. Just to give you an idea, I submitted mine on the 24th. I had some time today, so I called, but they gave a generic response, suggesting I keep an eye on things around the 30-day mark.

In my experience, I received the email before the tracker updated for fingerprints. Others might be able to provide more detailed insights, as some have reported receiving it a few days after the tracker update. Also, make sure to check your spam/junk mail just in case.

It's been a consistent issue for a lot of people. I had the same problem, but my test got completed without any issue.
