Thank you. Since it's typically eligibility, criminality and security, I was wondering if eligibility is completed for me or not. The reply i got talks about background verification and criminality being valid and security yet to start. Anyways will have to wait till Feb 2020.

how can we call them from outside Canada, specifically India? Can we ask our friend, based in Canada, to call up and check?

i dont think this is ghost update. they have just divided days completed by total days to get this completion %. Looks like a new UI more than anything else.
