well, your situation is same as with everybody else's. It does not matter if you have two or more accounts. If you are short of funds, then do what anyone else does: a gift deed.

Thanks, so my specific question would be that vacancies listed in indeed.com mostly have 3 or more years of experience as a requirement. Are they punctual with regards to the number of years? do they reject if someone with only 1 year experience applies but is otherwise suitable?
