Got approved on Oct 26 and just received the permit today (Oct 30). Like others have mentioned, the office is in Edmonton, and I live in Calgary. It takes them about 3 business days to ship out those permits. FYI, my permit starts on the day of eligibility review started. Good luck to everyone...
