Its really frustrating!!! You can not connect to them due to high volume of calls. I am planning to shout on them now. Its been 6.5 months of application and no update in last 5 months. FRUSTRATED!!!!!

24th may 2019 was last day of my 6 month period. As the norm i called CIC - they quoted that day is still left. Call us back on Monday and we will take action against immigration department... have any one received a similar reply and do you think call centre people could do something now. BG...

AOR: 24 nov 2018 Just called call centre: my eligibility is met but BG check is left. They informed that final timeline extended to 18 july 2019 from 24 may 2019, due to delay. What to expect as per your experience? Profile had last update on medical passed on 5 jan 2019. RPRF paid on 16 jan 2019.
