Hi, I have a question… for the original certificate of citizenship, do you guys mail it out with the folder that came with it? Or do you take out just the certificate and send with the application form and the rest of the required document? Wondering if it’s a better protection for the...

Thank you. The Oath was taken before a Citizenship Judge at Saskatoon, Saskatchewan even though it was an online ceremony. So, I guess the certificate was mailed out from Saskatchewan to Vancouver.... actually I'm not 100% sure, but that Oath was for applicants from Saskatchewan, Manitoba...

Finally received my certificate of citizenship. Oath was completed on May 11……took 3 weeks to receive it….

Congratulations!! Now moving on to the next line….passport application…. Lol Hope I will receive it in the next few days….

I got mine about a week before my Oath ceremony....so I guess it's about a week prior to your scheduled Oath ceremony.

I have the exact same situation as yours, took the exam on Mar 1st and finally got an update today that marks Citizenship test as Completed. So, you are all good, no worries!

I didn't call cic at all. My consultant actually sent an email to them via webform on Apr 23, 2018 to check the status when it reached the 6 months timeline but has yet to receive any response from them. I believe your PPR email will come soon since the cic agent you spoke with said everything...
