Here's my timeline: PPR email on Jun 15 sent on Jun 23rd (ups overnight shipping) from USA to Ottawa Received on Jun 24th Return tracking activated on July 18th Receive my package (CoPR and PP) today on July 19th.

Hi Guys, I'm outland, after 1year and 8 month since a got a pre arrival letter, now IRCC ask me for annex A and employer reference letter. My employer look don't have any motivation to send me the letter. Do you guys have any idea what could U do without the employer letter?

Yes, I should have permanent resident status or should be in my home country to apply for work permit coz work permit is like a visitor visa. But I was good to apply for Permanent Residence.

Work permit has been rejected, but they told I was eligible for permanent residence that I been applied for and still waiting for the CoPR

Yes, I'm outside. If you are inside and already received pre arrival, you should get your PR soon. But I really don't understand what they doing with the outside applicants.

In this moment nobody can be sure of nothing about IRCC steps and timeline. I received that pre-arrival letter on Feb 2020, I called them in July 2020 they told me everything has been done with my application, the covid is the reason that I did not received my CoPR yet. So until now I'm still...

It said your are qualify to receive those Pre-arrive sevices for free, so you can start working on your installation. That mean all the require has been met. The last step is the CoPR
