    I have not seen a single PPR this year for FSW 1 or 2 this year from buffalo, that's 1/3 of a year with no PPR Is this a usual pattern?

    From what I understand they will hold your passport between 4-6 weeks, it seems unreasonable to hold a persons passport for 6 months, In essence jailing them in the country where they reside.
