Thank you very much for the info. My CRS will come down from 459 to 454 on 16 Oct 2019. I received the NOI 2 days back, so even if I submit my documents within 45 days but till the time I receive my Nomination will come down to 454. Will my NOI be eligible?

No, WES doesn't ask for passport details. I had a query remembering my IELTS when they had asked the same mailing address as my Passport address

Is it mandatory that the mailing address submitted to WES by the candidate should be exactly same as the address mentioned on my passport?
