You can get the Police Clearance Certificate on the same day at any Indian Consulate in your country.

Don't know buddy. few gets within few days and some are waiting since 4-5 months. Mine was transferred to NDVO on Oct 4th and received prearrival on Nov 14th and still waiting.

If PA application status is showing as Decision Made for a long time you should send an email to NDVO asking them for PPR as you have to book tickets. Here is their email address: delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

Did you receive pre-arrivals yet? If not your eligibility process hasn't started and probably will take some more time. I know most of March, April and May applicants have already received pre arrival letters. Please apply for GCMS notes for detailed status on your application.

I don't have "Decision Made" yet, just received Pre-Arrival services on November 14th.

I got my file transferred to NDVO today. Below is my timeline: File received: April 4th AOR: May 14th SA: May 29th BR request: May 29th BR done: May 30th MR: May 29th Medical passed: June 13th File Transferred to NDVO: Oct 4th

You can apply for notes at any point of time. It will give you very detailed notes by each officer who worked on your file which IRCC cannot see. Sometimes notes request also helps in movements of your file. GCMS notes takes atleast 25-30 days. My file is still at Sydney since April 4th and...

As per the trend 3-4 weeks to get PPR if your file processed at Mississauga, if it gets further transferred to your country VO then it may take more time.

I will suggest apply for GCMS notes asap and also ask for status using Webform.

Yes. The application status will be have a status of "processing started" after your file gets transferred to a VO. I am on the same boat as you. :|

If your PA ECAS status has the line added "#Started processing the application" then it means they are working on your file, if not your file is sitting at Sydney office and yet to be opened. Mostly it is waiting to be transferred to VO.
