Is there any way to contact BLS. Have been trying customer care since last 5 days and sent many emails but no response My OCI status is ready to dispatch since Feb 15, 2024

Yes I call them and get message no agent is available and they terminate call

Tried and getting message “ information not available”

AOR: May 8 Background: June 15 Citizenship test completed: July 14 Ghost update: October 27 LPP: February 17 Oath: March 7

My OCI was processed on Feb 15 and from last 7 days the status is still showing “ready to dispatch”. I tried contacting BLS customer service but no luck. Any suggestions?

I don’t have that info. I never looked into it

LPP updated on Feb 20 and received oath ceremony date today for Mar 7

You will receive oath ceremony for all applicants together including minor. Same for me I received my oath invite for my son and me on March 7

My application for OCI is on “ Ready to dispatch “ from last 7 days. Tried to reach customer care but getting same message to fill out escalation form as no rep is available to talk. How long it will take to be couriered?
