Problem solved, money has been taken, originally upon first time sending my application, the money has since not been refunded, and said if they have any issues with payment they will contact me, and said I should expect to AOR first week in sept, as there has been a hold up processing applications

On the phone/hold right now!

Just checked my statements and no payment has been taken. So strange.
