Finally CIC status got updated to ‘Approved’. Though no email from CIC (did a self check) and VFS status still shows under processing! My timelines: Submitted PP to VFS Bombay on 17th Apr19 Under processing at IRCC New Delhi since 23rd Apr19 CIC account updates to ‘Approved’ on 9th May19...

Exact same status. Submitted PP to VFS on 17th Apr, delivered to IRCC New Delhi on 23rd Apr. Current status - received and processing at IRCC and No update on CIC account. Let me know if you get any update from VFS or CIC. Thanks!
