    Not yet. I was surprised at they DM so fast 2 weeks after MR passed.

    I think you will get MR very soon and all the criteria will pass in a second except background check.

    I have got DM on ECAS as well on April 29 and no ppr since then....

    I have called IRCC after my medical passed and they have informed me that my Background check hasn't started yet. Then after two weeks, I got ghost update and DM on ecas system on the other day. I am not sure what the details are.
