They received the documents on 1st of April. Bachelor degree 4 years. I contacted them many times through the contact us option on their website. I strongly believe that it helps to accelerate the process

Hello guys, My CRS is 448 waiting for spouse's ECA to get to 456, we should receive it 16th May but I'm really hoping for a miracle and be able to download it on 15th to get ITA in this upcoming draw, otherwise I'll just wait the following draw. Best of luck everyone ^_^
