i applied april and still no decision...

yes they were close but only last sunday.. because of the celebration of Thanksgiving.. i believe work resume yesterday..

same case happened to my husband last year, we are abu dhabi base as well... by the time he receive his ppr, he send his resignation right away and confess that he applied in canada, then that's it serve your 30 day notice, borrow your passport and just explain to them that you need your canada...

as per the site, currently uae processing time is 32 weeks.. I'm on my 23rd week.. still no update

i dont really know how they or when the status change, because mine was same steady for 5 months now. and by the way the process time increase again to 32 weeks. awesome:mad:
