I`ve sent paper file by FedEx with tracking to the address for Couriers. Tracking says it was delivered on August 19th.

Hello ppl, I know there is no phone number at processing center where we can call and say something. My problem is my application was delivered on August 19, 2021 but there is no AOR yet. I see even many people from September already received AOR, but mine is August and nothing yet. Any ideas...

Yes, that means your request has been sent. But however this is not a confirmation of your request. I mean you can't be sure that they approved it, just forwarded.
