I have same time line... 3 oct medical request... I paid the RPRF FEE in starting when submitt the file in april 2019.. Thats why they not request me to pay RPRF fee.. Pre arrival services letter got on 8th oct... Now got message on 4th nov that i cleared medical... Now waiting for PPR...
