My passport was issued (printed) August 5 and I got it by mail on August 10.

It's normal:) Mine was delivered to Gatineau on May 2 and Card charged on June 14.

Applied for my first passport with my partner from Toronto. Delivered to Gatineau office on May 2, 2022 Both Credit cards charged: June 14, 2022. No urgent travel plans, so just waiting. Looks like another 4-5 weeks to get my passport.

Me and my partner checked both applications for 5(!) times line by line. And then I offered to check it once again. And you know what, we found 1 box which wasn’t ticked. Fortunately it wasn’t returned,because we fixed it before sending but I know how it feels.
