I have the same issue with Medical and PCC - I called IRCC Agent they confirmed they received both - but still on MY CIC shows Medical result not received and also indicate we need additional document to proceed - The IRCC advise me to ignore that

In your Option C print out Cleary mentioned which kind of EI you have received

the reason for requesting this document to see if you received Regular EI or Special Benefit EI - If there is a regular EI they will deduct from your total income (Line 150) and check the financial eligibility - If there was a Special Benefit They will consider Line 150 (with out any deduction)

I know that form and guide line but this letter is emailed from CIC and this instruction is the booklet which is bible for the officer.
