No I didn’t get any information. I was just checking the tracking details and once the package is received by them, from tht day onwards it took 30 days to receive work permit

Yes I received it through mail. Even for me first time when I submitted I too didn’t receive as I sent to wrong address. But again the same documents I sent to correct address and I got it after one month of sending it to correct address

Just to update, I received my work permit copy through mail

Sure.. only way is UPS whether they received the package or not. And after one month too if we didn’t get any response we can submit web form.

I called the above number and they have given me two options 1). To wait 2) apply for reissue of lost/stolen work permit documents. -30$ fee I am applying for the documents .
