Just recently received my COPR with 1215 noc, was a little scared it would not be accepted, my letter was short but concise with all the relevant info.

Sucks now because I was happy with all the info in the letter until I realized the email part. I've provided paystubs, business card and also t4. A rejection because of no email would be extremely unfair :(
