When did you apply?

I guess they cant see if you were part time or not unless you send them your transcript. I called them and they told me to wait until July 1 for an update.

Yes I sent both since rules changed after Feb 15th. I applied through my lawyer.

I was in a 5 year program, I was full time even in the summers but my last 2 semesters were part time maybe thats why its getting delayed. I had 2 courses left to finish my degree but couldn't write the exam because my study permit expired a week before finals. I had to redo the last semester.

I did and they said its taking a while because everyone is graduating at the same time and that I should wait atleast until July 1 to get an update. Maybe our cases are not straight forward and got sent to seniors.

That is if you were allowed to work during your studies. One of the requirements to be allowed to work during study semesters is to be enrolled full time in all your prior semesters except for summers.

So I just applied for a PGWP within the 90 days time and while my study permit was still valid. I wrote an email to the international student advisers in my university to confirm if I have an implied status and I am allowed to work. They replied that I am not allowed to work because my last...
