What exactly do you mean? I think they're only processing people from Ukraine now. And they don't give a damn about others who have been waiting for years. But if you have more info I'd like to know. Also the sources where you have this info would be useful.

My CoPR became invalid since before receiving it, I got married and some data on the CoPR was no longer accurate. My application has been reopened since the marriage. A new CoPR should be issued, and most likely the old one I'll have to send back to the VAC office.

I would recommend, land, finish your PR processes, and get married afterwards. Getting married before will screw up your current CoPRs, you'll have to do some new documents and then wait again (I'm already in that wait for 8 months+) - don't be like me.
