I have the LOA but I can't seem to find an option for a co-op/work permit and all I was able to do was input my new DLI and student ID

Hello, I've been in Canada since 2019 and I'm changing my program to a co-op in a different college. I have already applied for an extension on my study permit but do not know how I can apply for a co-op work permit as I did not receive an option beyond adding the DLI of my new institution.

I applied on the 1st of April, 2019 and got my offer letter on the 23rd.

Got an offer letter from Centennial a few days ago. I was gonna wait for Humber but I haven't received any updates from them and the deadline for Centennial is coming up so, I'm not gonna risk it.
