Yes, they will send it to Delhi ircc office onwards it will take around 15 days to declare final decision. Although you can check over vfs global website link (mentioned in recipet) with reference number.

If you pay for tracking service then you will get all the updates through SMS.

Same, I submitted on 24th in delhi. Last update got on 25th (in processing ), afterwards there is no update.
