It must be a mistake. My visa office is CPC-Mississauga. I haven't gotten any communication regarding change of visa office. On the PA side, it shows "we started processing your application on Jan 15, 2020".

Medical passed date is Oct 1, 2019 as per myCIC I never got any communication regarding transfer of file to NDVO. So, I am assuming the file is still being processed at CPC-Mississauga

In the email that everyone got yesterday, what are we required to submit in the country specific requirements for spouses?

I have a question regarding PPR. My parents got medical request and their file is being processed at CPC-Mississauga. But they are going back to India tomorrow. When they get PPR, do they need to send their passports to Mississauga or Delhi VO?
