Hey Jay, I'm in in case similar to yours, passed remed since Dec, no response. Have you tried sending mails? I'm beginning to think these people have forgotten our files. Ottawa cpc released some PPRs yesterday. I feel something or somebody is causing this delay.

3rd Remed request- Nov 21, 2021. Passed remed Dec 29th, 2021. AOR Jan, 2020. VO- Ottawa Still waiting and depressed too!! I started this journey in 2019.

Aor: Jan, 2020 3rd Medical request: Nov 21st, 2021 (Wasn't even expired) 3rd Medical done: Dec 16th, 2021. Passed: Dec 29th, 2021. Visa office:Ottawa Absolute silence since then. Guys, my family & I are getting worried and tired. We've spent so much time and money.

My VO is Ottawa too and AOR Jan, 2020. I haven't received any PPR yet. I hope we all get really soon!

It is extremely frustrating. From what I've seen on the forum some PNP outlanders have started getting PPRs, although I've not seen any FSW-O from Ottawa visa office. Only IRCC can say when PPRs will be given in full.
