Hi Tech bird You can submit an affidavit on a stamp paper, mentioning ur roles and responsibilities,stating that the since u r due for performance review, company will not give a letter at this moment. Affidavit is like giving an undertaking that information shared by u is true and is attested...

Sorry to say this. I heard from my agent, that its the worst office out of all the VO,s in the globe. People normally take their own sweet time it seems. So, i donno how much authentic this info is... Shall pray that us file should get processed soon.
