Nope, not everyone with a 450 is eligible. The tie breaker rule dates back to November 8th. If your profile was submitted before that - you should be getting the notification soon. All the best!

Hi All, The scores have been updated - my work experience has been just been updated bringing my score to 471 from 446 hence I think that is why the cut off is still at 450.

At 446 as of April 2019, 471 in June.
