I am June AOR and got a ghost update last week. My visa office is Ottawa and I am beginning to be scared cos I think it is not yet time for June AOR in Ottawa. Did any other June AOR in Ottawa get a ghost update?

I went for medical and my bp was 149/80. I was not asked to undergo additional tests and I am hypertensive. Please advise.
