Hi Verma, after moving my file to NDVO in October 2020. Status changed to Application Received on Jan 20th same like yours. After that what is AOR 2 and PreArrival. PreArrival - is it a letter? Status on ECAS shows Application Received from Jan 20th.

Mine also says "file received" on ECAS. But, it does not say, it moved to Beijing. Where did you check yours moved to Beijing?

What does Application Received indicate as it was In Process 2-3 days before...

April 13 to 17 candidate (don't know exact deliver date). PA from India. Got biometric request on 10/27/2020 Does anybody know how biometric will be given in India Delhi.

What is the reason of not opening the file for these many months and checking for completeness of document . I think IRCC wants to avoid COVID risk completely. What options, we can provide to IRCC to avoid risk and not to suffer ourselves.

Some relief :) That means my file is with them. But, they yet to open to check completeness. Processing will start once file is complete.
