I did. I filled that web form and sent a mail to delhi immigration but haven't received any response yet. I am scared coz may 6 is almost here and everyone who applied after me have got their visa approved. I wonder if this is normal?- ak94

Guys I applied for student visa online on 11th Feb but I haven't got any news since then. It's been almost 40 business days n my classes start on 6th May. I am really worried. Anybody on the same boat?- ak94
